When the hinge broke on my otherwise working Chillblast laptop, which was still under warranty, I naturally contacted Chillblast first. All I received was a perfunctory apology that no repairs could be carried out.
In complete contrast to this lack of service, Joseph replied promptly, provided information about what a repair would involve, kept me regularly informed, and sent my laptop back to me as good as new, all at a very reasonable price.
I wouldn't hesitate to use Green Leaf IT again and will be recommending this company to my family, friends, colleagues and students.

Am thrilled to bits with the repair of my MS ergonomic keyboard. I hated the idea of throwing it out just because two keys were water-damaged but Joseph was quick to respond, quick to turn around the repair and resend to me. Pleasure to deal with while being good to the planet to boot. Thank you.

I found the service by Joseph was excellent. He took time to check out my problem and what he could offer. The costs were clear and matched the invoice. Great communication, was able to get a quote within 20 minutes and had the computer fixed within the week. Would definitely use them again.
