All items will be security sealed and recorded before dispatch.

Simple and fair returns process

We understand that sometimes a purchase might not be quite right. Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase for any reason. To be eligible, the item must be in exactly the same condition as received and not tampered with. The buyer is responsible for postage and packing costs. Refunds will be issued promptly after examination of the item to ensure it meets these conditions.

There is a 5% restocking fee for unwanted items.

Important conditions and warranty details

To avoid any misunderstandings, please note that all items are used unless stated otherwise in the product description. Our standard hardware warranty is 30 days, unless a different period is explicitly stated. This warranty applies to hardware parts failure only, and software issues are not included. Please be aware that accidental damage or water damage are also not covered under our warranty.
